Hi, I’m Brooke!
My journey as Chartered Professional Accountant began in public accounting where I spent a decade advising large companies on accounting, financial reporting, tax strategy, compliance, financial efficiency, and more. While I gained invaluable expertise, I realized that my work didn’t align with the impact I wanted to make in the world.
As a result, I moved back to Southern Georgian Bay, where I was born and raised in Collingwood, Ontario. Here I made the shift to supporting the entrepreneurs and small business owners who truly inspire me – people who are building purposeful businesses, supporting their communities, and creating a better future.
Outside of helping entrepreneurs gain financial clarity, you’ll find me volunteering at my local hospice, deep in the forest foraging for mushrooms, advocating for a healthier planet, or traveling in search of the perfect surf break. My work, both in finance and in the community, is guided by deep respect for people and the planet. I believe in the power of purpose-driven business, and I’m passionate about creating a world where finances feel less overwhelming and more empowering.

With over a decade of experience in the accounting industry, I specialize in helping small to medium-sized Canadian businesses optimize their financial processes and systems. In 2019, I earned my CPA, CA designation, followed by completion of the CPA In-Depth Tax Program in 2020. I also hold an Honours in Business Administration from Ivey Business School, which provided me with a solid foundation for both accounting and advisory services.
I developed my technical and leadership skills at a “Big Four” firm in Toronto, where I gained expertise in corporate tax, financial reporting, risk management, and advisory services. My diverse experience spans public corporations, non-profits, and private companies. I’ve helped businesses navigate tax compliance, streamline financial reporting, and implement systems to improve efficiency. I take pride in my strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and I thrive on guiding clients through transformation projects that provide greater financial clarity in less time.
